AI for customer success and account management calls
Renewal conversations move fast. A customer mentions a competitor, raises a feature gap, or asks for a discount you don't quite remember the policy on — and you have three seconds to respond. Sway listens, recognizes the moment, and surfaces the right context in real time.
What Sway does on a CS call
- ●Recalls past commitments — what you promised in the last QBR, what features they were waiting on, who else on their team you've spoken to
- ●Handles objections — when a customer pushes back on price, mentions a competitor, or threatens churn, Sway surfaces the talking point that's worked before
- ●Tracks action items — every commitment you make ("I'll send the SOC 2", "Let's review pricing Friday") is captured automatically
- ●Drafts the follow-up — when the call ends, the recap is already written. You paste, edit, send.

Common questions
How does Sway help on customer success calls?
Sway listens to the live call, picks up product mentions, feature requests, and objections, then surfaces the right talking point in real time — your case study, your benchmark, your pricing tier. You stay in the conversation while Sway handles recall.
Does Sway join the call as a bot?
No. Sway runs as a local app on your Mac alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any other video tool. It does not join the call as a participant, so there is no bot in the meeting. You remain responsible for disclosing AI use where your workplace or local laws require it.
Does Sway integrate with my CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight)?
Not yet. Sway is focused on what happens during the call — real-time suggestions and post-call recap. CRM sync is on the roadmap. For now, you copy what you need from the recap into your CRM after the call.
Can Sway draft a follow-up email after the call?
Yes. After the call ends, Sway generates a clean recap of decisions made, action items owed, and questions raised. You can paste that directly into an email or Slack message.
Is this allowed by my company?
Most customer success teams allow tools that help reps prepare and recall context. Because Sway processes audio locally and does not record or store conversations, it does not create the compliance issues that meeting recording tools do. Check with your legal team if you handle regulated data.
